Frequently Asked Questions about Buying Online at Homeware With Flair

Q1 How can I contact Homeware With Flair?

Send an email to admin@homewarewithflair.com, phone us during Queensland business hours on 07 4662 2828 (you will be contacting our home store Dalby Dealers on that phone number), write to us at PO Box 812 Dalby QLD 4405 or call in if you live locally.

Q2 Can I buy items online and pick them up from your store?

Yes you can, if you live in Queensland or New South Wales. Homeware With Flair is the online store of Dalby Dealers Furniture located at 8 Eileen Street Dalby QLD.

You can buy and pay for the items online then come in to pick up your order. Just let the Dalby Dealers staff know you are there to pick up a Homeware With Flair item you have purchased online. They will require that you sign for the item.

Q3 What forms of payment are accepted by Homeware With Flair?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, direct debit, and cheque (Australia only).

Q4 How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Australia: Delivery in Australia can take between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the location. You also have the option of choosing express post if you require an item quickly. If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your parcel for you.

Overseas: Delivery depends on your location.

Q5 What method of delivery is used?

Orders wil be delivered by Australia Post in Australia.

Q6 How is the freight cost calculated?

Please contact us at admin@homewarewithflair.com for a discounted shipping rate if you are purchasing more than one item. Our software gives an accurate quote on one item, but quotes on separate parcels if you are ordering more than one item. Often items will be posted together.

Freight cost is calculated using the Australia Post rates. Freight is calculated on each individual item you purchase. (eg. if you purchase both a quilt and a toy, each will have a separate postal charge). In many cases we will post them as separate parcels, but of course we won't always, depending on the size and weight of the items. We don't want you to have to pay extra shipping so please do contact us for an accurate quote on shipping for more than one item.

Q7 Can my parcel be delivered to a post office box number?

Yes. Australia Post staff will leave a card in your post office box to let you know the parcel has arrived. You then pick it up from the post office.

Q8 Can I place an order to be delivered outside Australia?

Yes you can. Overseas orders are sent registered mail so need to be signed for at their destination.

Q9. Can I order large furniture items online?

We are planning on having larger furniture items available through our Dalby Dealers Furniture website (currently under construction). If you have signed up for our newsletter we will keep you informed of developments in that area.

Q10 Can I have gift wrapping and a gift card?

Yes you can. Please choose the wrapping you want from our range. Our staff will carefully wrap each gift and fasten it with a band in a matching colour. We do charge for gift wrapping but include a free gift card and personalized message with each gift. Please write you message in the comments box provided at checkout.

Q11 How can I be sure that it is safe to shop with Homeware With Flair and that my personal and credit card details are secure?

Homeware With Flair takes the security of our customers very seriously. We have a secure ecommerce environment using Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). The SSL technology is the industry standard and offers the highest level of encryption available.

We do not take or store your credit card details. We offer payment options through ANZ egate and Paypal to ensure, as much as possible, the security of your details. We also offer direct deposit as another secure internet option.

Q12 The item I would like to buy is out of stock. How long will it take for it to come back in stock?

Stock times vary for each item and sometimes we cannot get replacement stock at all. Please contact us by email at admin@homewarewithflair.com or phone us at Dalby Dealers on 07 46622828 if there is an item you really would like. Sometimes it may be in stock at Dalby Dealers or we may be able to track it down for you.

Q13 What customer information does Homeware With Flair collect and store?

Personal information such as your name, address, email address and a gift voucher recipient's email is only collected for the purpose of processing and dispatching your order. If you have chosen to sign up for our newsleter, this information will be used to send you emails from time to time but will never be given or sold to a third party.

Q14 If I sign up for your newsletter, how often will I receive emails from you?

Homeware With Flair willl send you emails to keep you informed about special offers or developments on the website. You will not receive more than approximately one email per month.

Q15 Do you use cookies?

Yes. When you visit our website the information is collected using a common feature called "cookies".

You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it or not.
